Terms and Conditions

Payment Regulations:

  • Payment for this tour package can be made by each participant to Narapati Travel by bank transfer according to the details below:

  • Payment must be made 14 days before departure
  • Narapati Travel has the right to cancel each participant’s trip if the participant does not make the payment in accordance with the stipulated conditions.
  • If there’s an extraordinary things or events due an act of Gods that beyond of the everyone’s control that indirectly affecting the participant’s trip during the tour, then Narapati Travel will change the participant’s trip without reducing the quality of service (excluding personal expenses that have been incurred by each participant during the trip as a result of the impact of the event itself)
  • Any accommodation and services that are included in this travel package but are not used by each participant during the tour can’t be refunded in for any reason

Reschedule Regulation:

If the participant wants to make changes to the tour that has been scheduled for certain reasons, the participant is required to inform Narapati Travel in writing no later than 7 days before departure as per following conditions:

  • The price will be adjusted again and if there is a difference due to the changes according to the schedule, then participant is obliged to pay the shortfall.
  • If the participant does not make the payment, then Narapati Travel has the right to bill the participant upon arrival in Bali or cancel the trip to Bali before the guest departs on the day of departure.

Cancellation Regulations:

Cancellation with a refund can be made if the conditions are based on the following conditions:

1. Low season dan normal season:

  • 50% refund by notifying Narapati Travel in written within 7 days before departure.
  • 100% penalty if the participant does not show up on the day of departure without any reason.

2. High season dan peak season:

  • 50% refund by notifying Narapati Travel in written within 14 days prior to departure.
  • 100% penalty if the participant does not show up on the day of departure without any reason.

Provisions for handling the participant’s complaints:

Participant complaints can be solved with 2 separate conditions as per below:

  • If the participant it’s still participating on a tour that still running in Bali (status: while the tour is running)
    a. During the tour, if the participant complaints in any form. Then it must be informed to the “Narapati Travel” directly. Once the complaint has been received, a direct examination will be carried out and if it has been validated and proven to be in accordance with what has been complained about, then the guest will be given a compensation based on the complaint that has been informed.
  • If the participant has finished participating in the tour in Bali (status: the tour has been completed)
    a. All matters related to complaints from every participant who has finished participating in the tour will be accepted as criticism and suggestions which later in the day can be used as a basis for improvement in order to provide much better service than before.

Evacuation of Mount Agung Eruption:

To deal with the case of the eruption of Mount Agung in the future, Narapati Travel will be always to ensure and coordinate with all of the local authorities to guide the participants with the safety protocols that have been set in accordance with the standards from the government to make sure all of the participants can get out of the island of Bali safely during the post-eruption.

Note: Safety protocols may change at any time according to the situation and conditions of Mount Agung

Others:

1. On behalf of Narapati Travel, we are not responsible and cannot be sued for:

  • Any kind of accident, loss of baggage, delayed flight or late arrival as the part of the airline. If there’s a complaint on it, then we will refer it back to the policy of each airline based on the established procedures.
  • Loss of personal belongings such as luggage, items that have been deposited at the airport, lodging, or even criminal acts that bind participants (whether intentionally or unintentionally) during the tour.
  • Changes or reductions in tours during the trip caused by natural disasters, riots, or similar.
  • Death of the participant is due to illness (carried) or accidents (either intentionally or unintentionally) during the tour.
  • Any form of penalty resulting from criminal acts from the participant or lack of travel documents so that the participant’s trip becomes delayed and hampered or similar.

2. On behalf of Narapati Travel, we reserve the right to:

  • Narapati Travel has the right to issue flight tickets and all kinds of transportation, accommodation, tourist entrance tickets without prior notice either verbally or in writing to participants who have made payments for convenience.
  • Narapati Travel has the right to expel participants to get out of the vehicle if it’s considered to be making a commotion-riot or providing a wrong information related to the trip that has been offered to make make the participant’s trip uncomfortable for the sake of convenience during the tour along the way.
  • Narapati Travel has the right to change the hotel that was previously used by the participant to a new hotel (closest or not far from the previous hotel) because the occupancy of the hotel concerned has been full as a result of exhibition activities or similar with the same or equivalent value as the prior consideration and confirmation of the participants.
  • The guest’s itinerary can change at any time while on the trip following the situation and conditions of the field without reducing the content of the tour from the participants’ trip.
    e. Narapati Travel has the right to bill every participant who has arrived in Bali if the participant is proven to have not made fully payment for the tour package that has been taken.

3. All forms of problems or issues that arise during the tour outside from this contract will be discussed in the future by both parties in order to get a better clarity by providing a better solution that has been encountered.
